B fermantation system

 ·The series tank can meet the requirements of process such as beer fermentation, include convention-al fentation(i.e.pre-fermentation,post-fermentation and beer storage) and beer storage/bright beer,production and sales.

 ·Adopt polyurethane for thermal  insulation with thickiness of insulating layer over 60mm and intensity meets related standard.

 ·All equipments are made of high quality stainess steel which meets the international and national food hygiene and safety standards.

C Refrigerating System:

 .Cooling system is consists of Ice water tank, Refrigerating unit, Ice water pump, pipelines and valves and so on.

 .Refrigerating Unit: Using the latest evaporator condenser integrated, import compressor. Using plate heat exchanger cooling technology, cooling effect faster than copper coil type 40%. Reduce power consumption more than by 20%.

D.Cleaning System:

 .Cleaning System is consist of Disinfection tank, Alkali tank, Aseptic water tank, Cleaning pump and so on.

. Disinfection Tank:Material all adopt the international standard of 304 stainless steel, all welding are   rgon protection single-sided, double-sided forming.

E.Control System:

 .Control cabinet is standard GGD cabinet, control mill, saccharification, fermenting, refrigeration system etc
